I ordered flowers for delivery for my daughters birthday to surprise her and it was disappointing for her that it was not delivered.. Now I am trying to get my money back. You cannot paste images directly. You will also see that Netflorist has not responded to any of the complaints lodged on the site. I placed an order with Netflorist (despite a previous bad experience in June which Netflorist never addressed/resolved) for a birthday bouquet for a friend in Paarl. I was at home, no delivery was made.i sent also an email to which no one has responded That is why I specifically chose them and paid R639.90 for the cerise pink Precious Love Bouquet. We spent r600 on a large arrangement of flowers for my grans birthday... We went for netflorist as we wanted something with the wow factor and we got what was less than what you would get from the local spar. Up until today they have decided to ignore my emails. The response from Netflorist has been non-existent and, with continuous effort from my part, they have now further insulted me by offering a R150 credit on my account that I should use towards a future order with them. I can also not see myself using Netflorist or using Netflorist again if this situation is not remedied immediately. Why would I ever want to use them again if they do clearly not respect their customers or the recipients of the gifts.
